ELIT GIVES POSITIVE EFFECT

English Leadership Training (ELIT) was presented by HMJ (Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan) of English Department – Student’s State University of Surabaya, which was held at September, 26th-28th 2014 the located in Trawas, Mojokerto, it run for three days. The freshmen had to join this event. The committee decided that ELIT event is one of the conditions to graduate from the University.
The freshmen was divided to 6 big groups and it became 18 small groups by the committee. And they had to obey the rules of ELIT without excuse.
The freshmen cooked by theirselves, it was not delicious food,
but cause togetherness and felt starved they enjoy the food.Tracking at noon and at midnight, did outbond, played games and motivation by lecturer, have been given by ELIT. Not only got more knowledges, experiences, but ELIT also trained how to be a good leader, trained be confident person , be brave to speak up, be brave to give opinions, and exacly challeged the mental.
The freshmen students before and after joined were different, they became better than before. The important things are loyalty, solidarity, and togetherness have been gotten to freshmen. Keep Spirit-Be Solid-No Limit is ELIT jargon.
